Pros

Kencrest as like all providers has its internal challenges, but what makes KenCrest different is we address our issues once they’re brought to leaderships attention. Please see below for the other Pros - Flexible schedule - Support from administration (Executive Director, Director, and Assistant Director) - Lots of autonomy to manage your programs.

Cons

Too many departments that has caused a great divide throughout the residential department such as: -Personal Outcome Champions (Program Specialist) Department - Scheduling department (This department needs to be reconsidered and the scheduling needs to be a responsibility of the Program Manager.... to ensure budget management local administration can review and approval schedules as well for accountability.
