Seeing client improve, seeing clients make friends w others, mostly awesome, caring co-worker
Cons
Little interaction w co-workers unless going to a client group outing, difficult to maintain full time hrs w amount of driving between clients & clients’ schedules, doing administrative tasks that you aren’t always compensated for, lots of detailed notes required for meetings w clients that take away from actual work w clients, driving personal vehicle around to visit w clients & take them out into community for meetings/events/etc.- lots of driving, needing to track & submit miles for reimbursement, low hourly salary cap, use of personal cell phone & laptop to complete job tasks
