Company needs more leadership

Working with individuals and providing them with the support they need to thrive in the world.

Cons

This company location has a problem with keeping employees. They have a terrible tendency of skimping on hours. Staff can be extremely hostile and violent towards each other and most importantly, neglectful the individuals we are supposed to support, Staff eating the individuals food, money and transportation. Street attitudes, complaining non stop, many call outs.

One of the most recent changes is a focus on more of a leader-leader culture style that includes in-depth trainings with emphasis on readiness of management level employees to lead. This means teaching everyone the best tools on how to communicate with each other, handle tough situations, and navigate their jobs with confidence.
