Benefits are amazing - health, dental, vision, 403b, STD and LTD. People you work with are amazing.

Cons

Pay is NOT commensurate with degree or experience. They underpay professionals who have RNs, Master's Degrees, and post graduate degrees. Advancement is lacking in the professional realm.
