Fun company to work in..

Pros

They have a great dev team. It is a great product and an amazing place to grow and build your career. The Product Managers are very easy to work with. The entire company is void of office politics, which is a big positive.

Cons

The workload can be challenging, but it's a startup, thats the fun part.

Consulting job shop not a product development company

Pros

Some good hardworking and friendly people in the company Good office. Nice laptops and monitors to go along for the work.

Cons

No work life balance Non competitive salaries with bare minimum benefits More of a consulting job shop implementing things for customers than being a product development company Work culture is not open and very top down with no room to voice any opinions and concerns. Employees are dictated as to what they are supposed to do even though they might be SME's in the areas that they have been hired for. Lot of attrition.
