Great team and ERP experience

Pros

-Great opportunity to learn cloud ERP, force.com platform, different business processes, finance -Team members are intelligent, friendly, helpful and overall pleasant to work with -Sponsored team outings -Challenging and engaging problem solving

Cons

-Very average compensation and benefits with little room for negotiation -Understaffed -Long hours -Still a long way to go with improving the product

Underdeveloped Product, Broken Leadership

Pros

- There are a lot of good employees in the company but they would be better served at more successful organizations - ERP is a complex space and you have the opportunity to learn about the space

Cons

- Development/Engineering teams are very underpaid - Leadership team is arrogant, indirect and out of touch with modern business and with their own product/employees - The company has exhibited very little success and has seen a lot of lost deals and internal attrition

Decent office for a start up Unlimited snacks and drinks Company is constantly changing, which provides opportunity for career growth In a sector that will grow (cloud ERP) Lightweight solution

Cons

Location - Redwood Shores Company is constantly changing: Customer Message, Company Direction, Product Roadmap, Internal Hierarchy Solution is lightweight, but lacks a lot of functionality; customer scope is VERY small Compared to its major competitors, a very small install base; not a sector leader SFDC Platform does not mean Kenandy integrates seamlessly to any other SFDC application
