Pros

Fun environment, helpful and smart people all around. Great support from my manager. A lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative. Fully loaded kitchen with great snacks. A good place to work.

Cons

Still a small company/start-up, once it will grow bigger it will be even more fun to work here.
