Pros

Kenandy Inc is a mid-level size company and has a rich start up culture. The people are approachable and fun to work with. There are lot of very experienced folks with whom you get a lot to learn from, along with day-to-day tasks. I recommend this company to anyone who wishes to join a fun place which makes you learn by collaboration.

Cons

Apart from the long commute, I do not see any cons as of now. The company is in growing stage, and there would be lot of scope in the markets for Kenandy.

-Great opportunity to learn cloud ERP, force.com platform, different business processes, finance -Team members are intelligent, friendly, helpful and overall pleasant to work with -Sponsored team outings -Challenging and engaging problem solving

Cons

-Very average compensation and benefits with little room for negotiation -Understaffed -Long hours -Still a long way to go with improving the product
