Pros

Good company culture. Management believes in the Guiding Principles, and tries to live by them. When I expressed interest in new responsibilities, my supervisor would find ways for me to receive training so I could achieve new goals. Great place to grow in a career.

Cons

I had a good experience here, and don't have any complaints.

Open door policy. Everyone works as a team. Management thanks their employees every chance they have. Great atmosphere.

Cons

I have never encountered an issue at Kenco. If you do your job to the best of your ability, you will be recognized.
