The open door policy is truly that not a Glass Door. Management always wanted to know how we were doing and genuinely cared I felt. Management truly cares for their employees If you are willing to relocate the opportunities are there

Cons

Opportunity can up outside Kenco that I couldn't turn down. I do see myself returning to Kenco some day it is a good company and one that I would recommend

Bureaucracy ,favoritism and lack of experience plus focusing on females employee butts lead this business to lose contract with keurig

Cons

lost contract with Giant coffee roaster in the world KEURIG- GREEN MOUNTAIN temps employee get changed every 2 week. 5 temps agency's inside the building and more outside inventory short even with high security ( white house in DC ) customers express their dissatisfaction directly to keurig 800 number issue with customer order ended many time in trash can.next shift will do it. management mislead higher management inside robbinsville buillding.helped to get to this big failure

Pros

-Decent pay because I had a good manager/supervisor. -They really try and create a safe work culture and make sure employees make it home to their families un-injured every night.

Cons

-The pay for most other employees and supervisors was fairly low -They kept trying to implement the same safety measures and policies that our customer had but without the same resources to actually make it possible. -Not a good work/life balance for me or any supervisors there. The salaries were competitive until you added up all the overtime supervisors would have to work.
