      Pros

      Remote worker and Quality Assurance group is the only one to apply for in IT Department. Free soda's

      Cons

      Turnover city. I had 4 direct reports in 3 years and 10 months. 3 Department heads in same amount of time. 39 IT people have come and gone in my tenure there. Don't uproot your family to take a job at Kenco.

      Pros

      Worked with a large amount of hard working people. Learned knowledge about warehousing logistics. Plenty of overtime during "peak" season.

      Cons

      Strong buddy system in place, making it hard to move up. Huge communication barrier between management and staff. It's not uncommon to have to perform others jobs along with yours.

      Pros

      Good company culture. Management believes in the Guiding Principles, and tries to live by them. When I expressed interest in new responsibilities, my supervisor would find ways for me to receive training so I could achieve new goals. Great place to grow in a career.

      Cons

      I had a good experience here, and don't have any complaints.
