      Pros

      Kenco is conscious of employee morale and strives to keep it high. Whether Kenco CAN do something and whether it SHOULD do something is always analyzed from a pro-employee perspective (e.g., what is best for employees).

      Pros

      Kenco is a very exciting and strong company to work for. The company's culture truly aligns with its Guiding Principles and even the Senior Management is extremely personable and kind. I would recommend Kenco as an employer.

      Pros

      Everyone (at all levels) seem to share a common goal (serving the customer, safety and quality). Most of the time there is good communication and transparency. Abundant respect and understanding.

      Cons

      Many locations result in lots of travel (if you are involved in a network). Occasionally clients come and go which leads to some instability but I would venture to guess its at a much lower rate than our competitors.
