- Can Break 6 figures without a college degree - decent benefits - plenty of inventory - plenty of clients

Cons

- No real training - No true operating procedures for the sales force - Occasionally directions from management are unclear or contradictory - Pay structure is decent but the GM will play with ambiguous or vague wording in pay plan to screw you - GM will talk to an adult in demeaning manners - THE CLIENTS ARE ENTITLED AND HAVE THE EQUIVALENT BEHAVIOR TO A 12-YEAR-OLD THROWING A FIT IN A WAL-MART TOY ISLE BECAUSE MOMMY DIDN'T GET THEM WHAT THEY WANTED.
