Cons

Remote position was “re-evaluated” to be an in-house position 30 days after announcing pregnancy to management. Was told they were “tolerant” of remote position for 2 yrs yet this was the first time I heard of it. Only given 30 days to adjust to new job conditions. Not 2 days after being told this, my position was 100% outsourced to a Third Party company thus eliminating my position altogether whether it remain remote or become in-house. During my entire employment, I never received a yearly review, cost of living increase, or salary raise. Management and company truly does not care about work/life balance.
