No support from upper management, no pay increases unless you beg them over and over to be compensated for the extra work they throw on your lap every day.

Can make good money. CAN be fun at times.

Cons

Management essentially views you as immediately expendable at any time. If a customer comes on the lot and doesn't buy a car it's YOUR fault. Because of YOU, the company lost a sale. If the customer leaves, Sales managers, will say, did you ask this? or that? If you didn't say exactly what they think you should say , then YOU lost that sale. YOU messed it up. YOU are the problem. employ break room is garbage. Basically in sales you are the bottom trash, even though you are actually the people that make the company stay in business.
