Pros

Christian environment. Management encourages and supports you. Communication is excellent! You get to worship and pray with your co-workers each day. You also get to meet world renown Pastors and ministers of the gospel. Most importantly, you grow closer to God by serving others each day and you learn to live by faith. It's an awesome place to work and the best job I've ever had.
