Pros

Great training for someone right out of hair school.

Cons

Absolutely ridicules expectations, they take more than half your commission. I make more working 23 hours a week never juggling clients than I did working 38 hours taking 14 clients a day.

Decent pay for position. They don't promote that quickly for the most part though.

Cons

Lots of standing and can be very hectic on busy days.
