Company lost its way, morale is very low

Pros

Benefits are ok and the lower level employees are hard working and have great ideas.

Cons

Management constantly changing direction and rarely do individual contributors get recognized for hard work, people in "powerful" positions treat employees very poorly simply because they can.

No desire to gain insights on consumer needs and problems to deliver market innovation and value. Damaged brand, with no desire to put in effort to repair.
