Pros

- Good Team - I work under a great Head of Department - Great involvement in consultancy scopes - Decent salary, not the best but definitely not the worst -

Cons

- As the company gets bigger it seems to be less efficient with more tedious processes put in place. - No overhead code for some personnel (when they're between projects). - Seem to have lots of VPs and Directors (top heavy).

good salary, good team, healthy work environment no pressure, understanding and supportive lead

Cons

The don't have timesheet code for idle sitting employees. If there is no project to work on they terminate the newer once.
