      Pros

      There are opportunities for a career growth. I've noticed a trend of growing from within. There are middle year and year-end constructive reviews. The environment is diverse.

      Cons

      It happens that a person is often given tasks that are not in his job responsibilities. If he completes them successfully management just keeps loading him with them. Due to this fact the workload can be inadequate sometimes. There is no annual/periodical adjustment to indexation in salaries. Compensation & Benefits package consists only of salary and medical coverage of incidents that take place at workplace.
