Pros

Drive and willingness to change

Cons

Company does not care anymore about employees as J&J did, values are not really followed and there is a lack of ownership when major issues happen. There is a lack of recognition, support to employees during this big change, high amount of pressure, work after hours has become normal. The company has great people that joined to drive a big change but unfortunately the lack of good leadership is leading the company to fail. Procurement is lead by fear under a dictatorship, if you do not follow the CPO and/or dare to have a diverse opinion, you are changed with a restructure excuse and not following clear performance but subjective CPO decision making. It is a shame, as many great people from legacy J&J have been pushed out and demotivated.

Pros

Good work-life balance. You get paid.

Cons

There are no opportunities for growth. Senior managers and team members are incompetent. Get ready for a lot of work for little pay. Then you'll be replaced by offshore labor in India.
