Pros

- Great brand name products that are well known. - Good benefits coming from the J&J days. - Good workplace with co-workers that care and want to be helpful and supportive.

Cons

With the relocation of the company HQ Kenvue has eliminated a lot of work from home options that employees previously had. Long time employees that were well established and within commuting distance to the original HQ are being required to come to the new HQ which increases commute times by 30-60 minutes. Seems to be a push to get employees to quit and hire locally at the new location.

Unstable.

Pros

Adequate compensation, benefits and time off.

Cons

After splitting from J&J the company abandoned any pretense of ethical behavior and the constant, continuing waves of layoffs (there are multiple waves every year) and restructuring, have given employees much higher workloads without adjustments to compensation or title. This company will be in turmoil for the next five to six years and the toxic work environment and layoffs has led to a massive loss of talent. The leaders who are still at Kenvue are the yes men and women who don't rock the boat and who are content to preserve the status quo.

Pros

Great people and brilliant minds

Cons

J&J values that made this a great place to work are gone. Leadership no longer cares about its people. There’s too much bureaucracy and lack of opportunities for career development and advancement.
