The brands are terrific and there are really smart legacy scientists who know skincare and active ingredients

Cons

They no longer benefit from being with Pharm JJ so the salaries are dropping or they are exiting higher level positions (but not the top of course).

The company values diversity. The company values you if you are willing to relocate frequently. Senior leadership roles are usually filled with ivy league. There is a glass ceiling.

Cons

Used to pay well, now pays average. Annual increases do not keep pace with inflation. Job titles are intentionally vague. Titles like 'lead', 'head of', 'associate' are used to bring people in at lower pay levels and make it harder to understand what level your peers are at in compensation for the same work. Has returned to in-person work only. Flexibility in how/where work gets done is going away.
