Pros

Great peers, benefits and globally recognized strong brands.

Cons

Some uncertainty with the split from J&J. But can be an opportunity to really drive a long term vision and identity.

Complex and difficult environment

Pros

Company products are good and I hope the company can continue to exist after the split from Johnson and Johnson.

Cons

After the split from Johnson and Johnson, no clear roles and responsibilities, people working average 60 hours per week, same time company is in a hire freeze and trying to move critical works to Offshore. Really difficult to retain people after the split and I see lots of people leaving (including me) - Downgrade in some sites moving to smaller places and some ares being completely lay-off.
