I can't think of any.

Cons

Horrible culture. Backstabbing. Job insecurity. Threats of layoffs for a year. Wrong people promoted into leadership. Legacy processes and mindsets.

Pros

Benefits are great, big company, great training, pay is competititive, great work life balance

Cons

Spin off is chaotic, stock price tanked (IPO at $28 and dropped to $18), toxic work culture, only promote within and with limited job positions creates competition between team members, everyone rotates less than 2yrs kills strategy and morale with businesses because you're always starting projects and never finishing them, upper management is quitting, CEO is not experienced for the role he was given, every time the CEO speaks on television the stock drops $1-$2...

The pay It used to be good when part of J&J, now not so much

Cons

In less than a year there have been 3+ reorgs impacting almost everyone at Kenvue. Management wants you to stay, but puts you in roles that you don't want and aren't aligned with your goals (what is the point of talking about career development plan and aspirations with your manager if they go against it?)
