Excellent salaries/benefits for Management. Since I was part of Management that was definitely a "Pro" for me, but not for others.

Cons

You're rewarded for the amount of behind you kiss and not for your hard-work!

Pros

New company in the public transportation business in Las Vegas, the pay for beginners is ok, benefits are not bad, you have plenty of over time for people that like overtime!

Cons

previous experience as a bus driver doesn't matter, they will start you from the bottom, they have crappy union that many of it's members say is only good to get your job back if you get fired or suspended, the last contracts they "negotiated" were horrible.
