The company is great at promoting from within so there is a lot of opportunity for advancement.
Cons
A lot of new improvements being made to processes, so there are always new things rolling out, but again it's an attempt at improvement.

Cons
- Fast paced work environment can sometimes lead to communication lapses, however, leadership is quick to resolve. - Some employees put in less effort which requires more capable employees to pick up the slack, but leadership is quick to address these employees and provide support. - Improvements could be made to the on-boarding process and training.
