Pros

Young, energetic startup company with lots of highly motivated, intelligent people. Very much enjoy working for Kernel. The work is fast paced but very interesting and challenging at the same time. It really feel like you are part of something totally new and exciting that could potentially revolutionize the world. The CEO and the team leads will always try to push the envelope and challenge you to make things better and more efficient but will give you all the support and trust you need to tackle it. At the same time the company and the CEO will take care of you with great benefits and provide the best and safest work environment (especially during COVID times). So excited to be part of this company.

Cons

Kernel is working on a totally new technology without an established market so there is some risk and you don't know where the journey will take you. Also the work environment can be stressful with long hours and demanding timelines. However if you are motivated, willing to take some risks, hard working and want to push the frontier of neurotechnology, this is the right company for you.
