Pros

The team is incredibly smart and the product is industry-leading. Consistently impressed at how fast the team builds things, both on the tech and business sides. It's a constant source of motivation and makes All Hands a meeting to look forward to. Kespry has hit home runs by owning on specific verticals, offering full solutions, and controlling the full stack (both drone and software). The company has a great reputation in the industries it works in. Fun culture, with ample amenities in the office to keep you caffeinated, fed, and happy.

Cons

The company is taking on more of a corporate feel and growing at a rate that makes it difficult to maintain our level of service. Also, there needs to be more diversity. The workforce is homogenous.

Pros

- Complete focus on right things. This is not a flashy or frilly startup, the people in building are all dedicated to working on a product with REALLY good product-market fit. This is reflected extremely clearly in our... - ...Rapid growth. Seriously. No other drone company in the market is doing as well as we are right now. This growth both refers to Kespry's revenue trajectory, as well as employee responsibilities. Being so, there's no safety net here - you have to learn fast and execute to perfection. Fortunately this is made easy due to... - ...An all-star team. Everyone on every team here are of best at what they do, particularly management. You have a wealth of experience and pedigree to learn from. really this is a side note, but you are compensated pretty well here if that is a big concern of yours

Cons

- We run into the same problems most startups do as they grow: subpar communications across teams as we grow; drift of cohesive long-term product direction. BUT fortunately our new CEO has been very quick to point this out & is working hard to create a productive long-term vision and culture.
