Pros

Some of the few pros included company events, (occasional) recognition, and the better pay I received once I started working as bellman (previously worked in housekeeping).

Cons

Most of my cons were from my experience in housekeeping. (I didn’t clean rooms, but I was the “runner” for the room attendants; basically a stock person.) Constantly overworked (overtime almost every week), couldn’t take more than a day or two off in a row (even if I had a surplus of PTO saved up; which I usually did from working so much), no track for moving up or advice from superiors. It was a grueling job with minimal pay, but I do appreciate the lessons I learned there.
