-Excellent Resources and Leadership -Fantastic Employees all around. Kessler hires some of the best people I've ever worked with. -Kessler manages to avoid some of the unseemly aspects of hospitality quite well. -Excellent Corporate Support -Opportunities for Career Growth

Cons

-Travel Perks are less useful outside of SE USA -Marriott Equipment and Software Suites are poorly integrated together, requiring extra attention.

Pros

Great work environment considering we opened during COVID. There were a lot of employee outings and activities and you can tell the EC team truly cares of its employees. 2 years later I’m still talking positively of this company.

Cons

Pay could be more fair between department heads. Otherwise I have zero complaints.
