Pros

Pros for working at the Kessler Collection: -coworkers are wonderful. Everyone works together to get the job done. -on site management is very flexible and understanding -PTO is almost always granted and hours are consistent -beautiful hotels

Cons

Some downsides of working at the Kessler Collection: -Corporate makes decisions without consulting people who actually work at the hotel and seems to have no actual experience working in the industry. -HR and upper management does not always respect GPs time and will over work you if you let them.
