Pros

Opportunities for advancement, young and growing company, high standards. Beautiful properties, and artfully inspired environments. If you like a challenge, this company will give it to you!

Cons

Kessler still a young company, while that has its benefits it also means that their still figuring some thing out. I would love to see Kessler roll out long term training programs for individuals looking for professional growth.

Pros

Good tools and resources i.e. a company-wide intranet, online application program, standardization of many processes and procedures, and a clearly mapped mission statement and vision.

Cons

The upper management team does not live by the company-stated values yet instead reigns with tyranny and fear. Each property is themed differently and has its own market but sometimes SOPs can be too restrictive and the "one size fits all" is short-sighted.
