Pros

Benefits are not bad Free meals daily Coworkers are great

Cons

Management is terrible, don’t care about what you need or how you feel. Always running out of something, disorganization, weak communication and the managers are never there when you need them. Upper management is even worse. If you express dissatisfaction or go to HR for something, they will put a target on you and you will be suspended and fired, even if you are good at your job. Very disappointing, cause the place is beautiful and the guests are great..

Toxic work environment

Pros

Plenty of overtime hours to pick up due to short staffing. Benefits are good. Good resume builder.

Cons

Extremely negative work environment. Pay is significantly below industry standard. You will receive more pay and less work at other properties. Almost 0 support from HR, and upper management. Many GPs on front desk team, bell team, and FB are extremely rude and aggressive towards managers and coworkers. Expect to do several peoples jobs and not get paid appropriately for it as the company will not promote from within or provide raises.
