No training or support from next-level management-poor treatment in general. lack of communication. Lack of appropriate staffing. Not a good place to engage at that level.

-Old Corporate has seemingly changed (a lot of people who knew people) -Property wise it was a good team -Good learning experience

-Better compensation required due to volume -Very busy sometimes (which better compensation would help) -Lack of staffing sometimes
