      Pros

      Plenty of overtime hours to pick up due to short staffing. Benefits are good. Good resume builder.

      Cons

      Extremely negative work environment. Pay is significantly below industry standard. You will receive more pay and less work at other properties. Almost 0 support from HR, and upper management. Many GPs on front desk team, bell team, and FB are extremely rude and aggressive towards managers and coworkers. Expect to do several peoples jobs and not get paid appropriately for it as the company will not promote from within or provide raises.

      Pros

      Beautiful building and luxury service is the goal of all employees. Fantastic HR department who truly care for all employees. Lunch and dinner are provided daily for employees. Health Benefits are provided for full-time employees.

      Cons

      The GM is not an inspiring leader and often brings the culture down instead of building it up. Management tends to micromanage and create unnecessary work to only to check a box. Employees are under paid, getting a raise is not something they do. GM's focus is to come under budget, so employees usually feel the squeeze. There is a lot of turnover, employees are unhappy with pay and upper management.

      Location: busy area in the heart of downtown Orlando brings business Employee perks: free parking, discount on food and beverage, spa service discount, Marriott hotel-stay discount Employee benefits: good insurance package, generous paid time off Employee culture: diverse staff - especially in management

      Pay: competitive, but could always be better
