Pros

The only time upper management makes themselves useful is when they bring you donuts on the weekend because apparently getting donuts is better than paying people livable wages.

Cons

Low pay, bad hours, terrible work-life balance, no upward mobility, lack of support from upper management, unreasonable expectations, no incentives, overall unfair compensation.

Pros

The company is very cool and gives you many avenues for growth. I had a superb team with people who cared about my success and wanted me to grow. The discounts and employee benefits give you many great things that made my time better with the company.

Cons

COVID messed up many things.
