If you want a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity then bring your skills and talents to the Kessler Collection. This company rewards people who work hard and use their skills to push the company forward. It is a growing company with many new locations in the near future. These hotels are amazing places and a lot of fun to work at. The teamwork from the Corp level down to the individual hotels is outstanding.

Pros

Gorgeous properties, great leadership and training that is actually interesting. I love working alongside the best of the best. There are great benefits like Marriott room discounts. Huge opportunity for growth and internal promotion. I’ve been promoted three times!

Cons

Not any real cons, just the stuff you would expect from a 24hr a day business but they make you feel really valued for your hard work. It’s a great job
