You will get all your hours.

Cons

Working for a corporate kitchen is a pain because your not allowed to be creative. You have to stick strictly to the book. Chefs need to be able to put their own love on recipes they produce.

Beautiful hotels! Small company allows for great growth opportunities! New properties coming soon building the portfolio! The opportunity to actually know and work closely with corporate team!

Cons

Work life balance but that is the hospitality industry no matter the hotel!
