Pros

There is obviously a concerted effort to make sure females are afforded ample opportunities to develop and advance. There also has been an increased focus on work/life balance and appreciating the employees.

Cons

The same level playing field does not appear to be available to minorities, specifically African Americans. There have been instances where there seem to be different measurements for success and advancement opportunities applied to minorities when compared to their respective counterparts.

Pros

Great collaborative environment and work life balance. Leadership really cares about every employee and provides the tools/ processes to succeed. Open door policy is truly a reality at Kestra.

Cons

Company is going through a transition after being spun off from NFP so there are bound to be challenges along the way.

Great associates who care about each other. Not much else.

Cons

Horrible management VP and up. 0 training but high expectations/accountability. Will throw their reports under bus to save themselves. Management preaches advancement yet is entrenched. But hey, Kestra has free coffee and a nice building!
