Pros

Many employees work long hours, care about doing a good job, and are looking for a career path with the company.

Cons

Turnover is high, training is poor, and departments are understaffed. Managers are quick to throw others "under the bus" and senior management is quick to give lip service to issues identified in employee surveys and employee concerns, but things do not change.

Newly created company, it has the opportunity to turnaround, if leadership comes together with a common goal or even better if there are changes in leadership.
