Pros
New office / not enough to list for a 20 word minimum/ headquarters in Austin, Texas which is a nice place to live. Austin Texas is great.
Cons
No one actually approves of the CEO - he locks himself in his office when not traveling and only steps out for occasional photo shoots for publicity - I was reading through and saw that someone else had noticed that there are fake reviews that have been posted. As a former employee, if you read the what is written in the positive reviews... it is not real or representative of Kestra at all from my experience. There is no one working at a non-executive level that would report no cons: “Keep up the good work!” ... especially from multiple current and former employees. The fact they they likely created shell glass door accounts as a strategic imitative goes to show you the low integrity of this sad organization.
