After COVID work from home culture was more accepting, except for senior leadership which are still required to be on site

Cons

No one stays in the same position for long so lack of direction is an issue, as well as promoting from within even if the candidate does not suit the job role, raises are 2% across the board unless you are in management which gives you the opportunity for bonuses

Caring staff, wonderful co workers. Teach you everything you need to know. Pay is good too.

Cons

Pto is a little rough to get. Also they don't let you use your pto for actual sick leave. PTO has to be scheduled.
