Everyone on different pay scale. Benefits and contracts are all over the place. Think before signing. HR is difficult.

Flexible scheduling makes it easy to go to school, along with tuition assistance after you are here 6 months.

Cons

Constant co-worker drama. Short staffed with no intention of hiring more.
