      Pros

      They offer you wonderful benefits, more than just fantastic healthcare. KMC genuinely cares for their employees, and that makes going to work a blessing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, "office politics" coming from a few working in upper management positions, caused a lot of unnecessary stress in the department.

      Work all the hours you want. Care for patients.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees or their families. Expected to be available to work and be on call 24/7 365 days a year, difficult to get vacation time or time to attend family events. Often short staffed, expected to work over the legal 16 hours straight. Non-profit company is driven by money only even though they claim to be a Christian organization.
