The bemefits are not half bad... if your full time.

Cons

Everything. management will stab you in the back if need be. Severaly under staffed from ER staff to Nurses on all floor causing workloads loads harder then for any human being and it seem the upper managemnt doent give it extra throught

Great company to work for when it comes to schedules and family understanding. Lots of opportunities to advance. You get a sign on bonus if you agree to 2 years minimum.

Cons

The health care they offer is not good health care, it’s UMR. usually work every other weekend. No. Overtime either.
