      Pros

      Kettering Health Network is a great place to work. Decent benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      I had to leave and go work for their competition. They wouldn't hire me as an RN because of where I went to school. Even though I never failed anything and passed my NCLEX with minimum questions and I had already worked for them as an LPN and was a model employee. I had 8 years in the network and give it all up. I will never forget it and I will never go back. I was loyal and they weren't. It hurt!

      Pros

      If you mostly care about the size of your paycheck or are evangelical this is a fine place to work as a hospital. Seventh Day Adventist folks have a fast track to management.

      Cons

      If you want to be treated with respect, dignity, have personal time that is actual personal, or are secular you will be a fish out of water. Expect to pray to Jesus at every meeting. Primary management qualification is devout Christian, not competence or knowledge.

      Pros

      I have nothing positive to say about this company at all. I'm regretting ever agreeing to work here in the first place.

      Cons

      Lies and mistrust from management. Benefits are horrible. You have no chance for advancement at all. You can work hard and by the book for a possibility for advancement to find out later you never had a chance. 9 times out of 10 the opening you think is there is already given to someone else.
