Pros

Love the people I work with-nurses, physicians, and other staff. The doctors here do good work, despite some negative reputations within the community. Good team work on the unit. Easy to pick up extra shifts. Pay better then some higher ranked hospitals within the area.

Cons

Management constantly changing. Poor leadership within the hospital itself. Limited growth opportunity to move up. It is all about who you know. Not paid based on experience or education. Often short-staffed, be able to manage without PCAs and have heavy patient loads

Patient safety is a high priority.

Cons

Management heavy and many are incompetent in the position. High degree advancement is due to who you know and not what you know. Do not support staff.

Pros

They have great benefits and the people that work there are very hard workers. When working with this company you become a family while working with great people.

Cons

The hours are to long and you tend to get tired because of the long hours that your working. When you want to pick up overtime your to exhausted to to do it.
