It just wasn't for me

Pros

I loved the people I worked with and am still friends with many of them today.

Cons

It was difficult to push products (credit cards, mortgages, accounts, etc) on people who clearly didn't need them. Putting people in a worse position just to make a sales goal.

Pros

Great hours/work-life balance/401(k) co-workers are freiwndly

Cons

Management doesn't care on the retail side..worked at burien location for several years and my former branch manager was the worse person I've encountered in quite sometime... opportunities to move up only come once you made the company at least 1 million in profit and your goals are extremely high with limited walk-in traffic
