Pros

Great products and clients. Consumer and business products positioned staff for success. The process to get clients and businesses approved was very flexible.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Most are promoted salesmen that are not willing to mentor or guide college graduates to grow the company brand. Incentives are extremely bad and constant restructuring happened every quarter that lessened earnings for salesmen. Only retained 1 in 10 new college graduates within 1 year.

Pros

The compensation, in the retail banking level you won't find anything like it.

Cons

Stagnant workplace, very little room to move up in the business. Serious disconnect between management and line-level employees. Be ready for daily beat-downs from managers and call nights when you're not hitting your numbers. VERY Wells Fargo like.
